    The School of Economics would like to invite expressions of interest for the position of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor equivalent) in any fields.

    The role

    The successful appointee/s will be expected to teach at all levels, (in any field of economics) and be capable of supervising honours and postgraduate students undertaking research. The appointee/s will also be expected to engage in individual and/or group research in economics leading to publication of scholarly papers in high quality journals and to seek competitive research funding. The role includes administrative responsibilities such as course coordination duties and participation in relevant committees.


    Remuneration:

    This is a full-time, continuing appointment at either Academic level B or C. The remuneration package will be in the range $86,863 to $103,138AUD p.a. (level B) or $106,395 to $122,679AUD p.a (level C), plus employer superannuation contributions of 17%. The total remuneration package for level B will be in the range $101,302 to $120,671AUD p.a. or for level C $124,482 to $143,534AUD p.a.
