We seek applications from individuals with research interests in applied fields including (but not limited to) development, industrial organization, international trade, labor, and public economics and who have either earned a Ph.D. (or equivalent) or anticipate completing all the requirements for the doctorate by August 15, 2021.

Candidates should be able to publish in leading economics journals and be effective teachers at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Interested candidates should submit a curriculum vitae, a cover letter expressing interest, copies of working papers and recent publications, and three letters of recommendation electronically via EconJobMarket: https://www.econjobmarket.org. We encourage applicants to address in their cover letter how their research, teaching and/or mentoring will promote the values of diversity, equity and inclusion inside and outside the classroom. Questions about the position can be directed to Academic Administrator Leslie Yancich (lesliey@brandeis.edu). Priority will be given to applications arriving before November 25, 2020. This position is subject to budget approval.
